 A Business Improvement District is a quasi-governmental organization that has been designated to raise funds to enhance the management of a particular area.
A tax assessment on property within the defined area is then directed back into the district to finance enhanced services.
These services include maintenance, economic development and improvements to properties within the district.
The Great Falls BID is dedicated to all of these areas with a goal of making downtown an essential destination for shoppers, workers and visitors.
